Which is the best bank to apply for credit card for foreign students in the US?

I’ll be off to the States soon to further my studies.I’ll be going to Indiana.Can someone please tell me which is the bank for as a student to apply for a credit card?

A local bank. You will probably have to get aa secured card as you have no US credit history.
