Wat is the procredure to apply a new credit card?

I want to apply for a australian credit card? Please help me in understanding the procedure. for ex- how do they marketing?, where i hv to go and apply? who'll process my application?, and last how will i get my card in my hand?

I'm assuming you live in Australia? In Canada and America you can just apply online… Visa, MC, AMEX are all safe to apply online… read the terms & conditions, some have instant approval. You need to supply income, etc. If you don't already have a credit card (and some credit history) I recommend you go to a bank because you will likely get declined in an online application. Usually these days they let you know within 60 seconds if you're approved, then you get the card in the mail within a week or so.

  6. dont get one listen to dave ramesey (once i hate him but he is right and says the same crap everytime) or u will get into debt and instead get a debit card

    Thinking of getting a credit card is just like "planning for self destruction"…
    Getting a credit card is like "start of the destruction"…
    usng a credit card is like "giving our head to the bank for chopping"…(sorry for using cruel similes..but I suffered…suffered for long 18 years….)
