Say you apply for a credit card, gives employment and financial info if this changes should you notify them?

Like you work at company X and make 70,000 a year. Some months later you change to Company Y and make 100,000 a year. Should you alert the CC company? Or what if you make 50,000 after switching? Should you alert them so they have accurate files?

I wouldnt.

  1. No need. If you want to raise your limit and you currently make more money, you can use that info to help you get the extra credit.
