Does anyone know how I can apply for a credit card with a cosigner online?

I have poor credit and am trying to apply for a credit card online with a co-signer, but none of the apps that I have seen ask for co-signer names or anything… any tips? I would greatly appreciate it. thanks!

i just got approved for a credit card online with two different companies.. i have really bad credit.. scores ranging from 514-624. try orchardbank.com & chase.com.
